Christall B. Azcarate is the current Family and Community Services Manager for NFCAA located in Putnam County. She also owns and operates her own Consulting firm, Azcarate Consulting Group. She has a AS degree in Criminal Justice and a BS degree in Public Administration from Flagler College. Ms. Azcarate has over 15 years Case Management experience, is a financial literacy money mentor, Life skills coach, Nationally Certified R.O.M.A. Trainer, and Certified Community Action Professional.
